Summary:
Primary responsibility is to provide counseling services for students at the secondary level. The position will split time between the Emil Grace and Shihadeh Innovation Center and the Melvin Rhodes Alternative Program. (Both programs are located on the same campus.
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a Virginia Pupil Personnel Services License with School Counselor PreK-12 endorsement or be eligible for such.
Salary:
Range based on the 2024-2025 Teacher Salary Scale is $53,000 - $79,287 with additional supplemental pay for a graduate degree and five extra days. This is a grant funded position. This position is anticipated to be available through the 2027-28 school year.
